Effective date: July 21, 2026. This policy describes what information Ausper Technology LLC (“Ausper,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple on purpose: this is a static informational site, we collect little, and we sell nothing.
Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — which we use only for security and site operations. This site sets no cookies by default. If you opt in to analytics through the cookie banner, we collect aggregate usage statistics as described in the Cookie Policy; if you don’t, nothing changes.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (website hosting and form processing, business email and document storage), when required by law or legal process, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply to information collected under it.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, recruiting materials for the duration of a hiring process and a reasonable period after, and contact records while an inquiry or relationship is active — then delete it in the ordinary course of business.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor verified requests regardless of jurisdiction. The site is served over HTTPS with restrictive security headers, and access to submitted information is limited to the people who need it. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
This site is a business site and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
