Two minutes. Real human review.

Every submission is reviewed. Cleared candidates hear back fastest; uncleared candidates enter our bench and training pipeline. Your information is used only for recruiting and is never shared without your consent.

01

Screened

Clearance and skills triaged first — FSP and poly holders route straight to the top of the queue.

02

Human review

A real person reads every resume. Scores assist; they never decide.

03

Career-first

We match you to roles that fit your skills, clearance, rate, and goals — no seat-filling.

No clearance is not a rejection — it routes you to our bench & training pipeline.
Completing this section is entirely voluntary. Your answers are kept confidential, are not shared with hiring managers, and have no effect on any hiring decision. They are used only for aggregate reporting required of federal contractors (VEVRAA, Section 503, and EEO-1) and play no part in the evaluation of your application.
Why we ask, and the definitions (VEVRAA & Section 503 / form CC-305)

Protected veteran (VEVRAA): a disabled veteran; a recently separated veteran (discharged or released from active duty within the last three years); an active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran; or an Armed Forces service medal veteran.

Disability (Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act): as a federal contractor, we ask applicants to voluntarily self-identify disability status using the substance of OFCCP's Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability form (CC-305, OMB Control Number 1250-0005). You are considered to have a disability if you have a physical or mental impairment or medical condition that substantially limits a major life activity, or if you have a history or record of such an impairment or condition. Examples include (among others): autism spectrum disorder; blindness or low vision; cancer; diabetes; deafness or serious difficulty hearing; depression, anxiety, or PTSD; epilepsy; mobility impairments; or a missing limb.

Answering is voluntary, refusal to answer will not subject you to any adverse treatment, and answers are kept confidential consistent with law. If you need a reasonable accommodation at any point in the application process, email recruiting@auspertech.com.

Clearances & citizenship. Roles listing a clearance require an active U.S. Government security clearance at that level, and generally U.S. citizenship. No clearance? Apply anyway — you'll be considered for our uncleared bench, training pipeline, and future roles.

Openings. Listings include funded seats and active pipeline requisitions; some offers are contingent on customer acceptance and clearance verification.
